How to raise a concern
Call promptly with the service location, date, scope, and a clear description of the concern. Keep photographs, estimates, receipts, and messages that support the review.
What to include
Provide the caller name, service address, date, agreed scope, disputed item, and the outcome you are requesting. Do not send sensitive identity or payment data unless a secure method is provided.
How the review works
The service team should acknowledge the concern, gather the relevant job record, ask follow-up questions when needed, and explain the next step. Emergency or safety issues should be reported by phone.
Map the job before pickup day
Call with the property type, item groups, loading route, heavy pieces, and preferred timing.
